i found the hotel personnel efficient. i got assistance with luggage storage after checkout. the room had blackout curtains, so i slept well. they provided complimentary toiletries daily.
the in-room safe was quite small. it barely fit my tablet.

a few issues

small roombathroom rust
The room was quite small i thought. the bathroom was tiny too. The sink stopper didn't work properly. there was rust on the bin. Also rust on the floor around it in the bathroom. it didn't look nice, honestly.
